So I found my perfect sexual partner that had alot of potential in the other areas as well, a good connection, great friendship and he has more interest in his best friend's wife...  I had to let him go, but feeling down...anyone care to cheer me up a little?

I'm sorry to hear that things haven't worked out as you'd hoped. I hope we can give you a collective hug to cheer you up a bit.
As to your question, I would say that yes, there are such men around. I have been married twice and stayed committed and monogamous in both until it was beyond doubt that there was no future in the relationship. And I love sex. I know plenty of men like me. It's a case of looking and treading carefully. If you want a long-term partner, take a bit of time to really get to know the person you're considering.
