How openly verbal is she with you talking dirty or sexually? I would think that if she has little problem laying it out for you, she shouldn't have too much problem exercising that talent with others as long as it's anonymous.
It seems like it's something that you would like. If she understands that, maybe that would help her loosen up, especially if you yourself participate. Some people feel awkward knowing that their spouse is looking over their shoulder while they speak intimately and "dirty" with someone else, but if she understands that it's a turn on for you and that you truly want it, that should help. Pehaps she wouldn't even mind you being a "director" for the talk that she types until she starts getting into the groove herself.
Given that you really don't want this to expand to real world meetings and physical sex (maybe you do, who knows) then indicate that it's only to be a "shared experience" with you in the loop. That might even help her to feel more comfortable with it as a "game" for you two to share together, similar to those who like to watch their wives flash up-skirt shots to other men in public places.
Good luck, but don't force her to do something she is really uncomfotable with. That could only backfire and cause tension between you.
