Not more effective, Og. Panning is better when there's nuggets, no matter how small. A fleece doesnt trap nuggets, but its static electricity does allow it to catch flakes and flecks. The technique was used on the Volga and around the Black Sea. After the fleece was filled with gold flake, it was burned, leaving a lump of solid gold. The people on the Black Sea who used the technique also used dragon figures as protective talismans.

Bedroom eyes.

An excellent talisman I'm sure. Dragons are good.
