So, I'm on a group theme...2 couples sharing and playing over the holidays...what if one couple accidentally leaves out a home movie and the other couple watches it!

maybe this is what one of the wives needs to help get over the hump and say why not...after all, not getting any younger and hubby has been talking about this for years.

any kind of movie....course I have to put a spin on it...just imagine if the wife was the aggressive one (sexually) and her hubby gets her going so she grabs the camera and takes a home movie of hubby undressing her...then him...then them doing this. lets say he's has a great body and can bring out the woman in her over and over again....

so the friends watch it thinking its a different movie and they both get aroused watching their friends doing it. course hubby likes the other wife, and both of them are impressed by the other husband. not that the husband is bi but he can appreciate the other husband persay....

thinking that they are alone for 2 more hours, they do it in their friends family room....only the couple comes home early (ie they forgot a coupon or something)...

The first thing I thought of was a granddaughter in college is at her grandparents, helping them clean out the old house so they can move to a smaller place. She puts some boxes in her car, and since its getting late heads back to her apartment or dorm room. One of the boxes tips over and there are some VHS tapes at the bottom. It is labeled something bland like improving your golf swing.

Since her grandfather still golfs she decides to burn the tape to a DVD. Either she or a friend has a dual DVD/VCR machine and when they put the tape in are surprised to she what her grandparents were really into...

How about if the 1st couple who made the sex tape left it out by pure accident, then the 2nd couple thought they left it out on purpose for them to watch.

The 2nd couple gets extremly turned on by their friends' sex tape, and they decide to make one of their own.

The 2nd couple purposely leave their sex tape for the 1st couple to find.

Both couples talk later and the 1st couple are mortified that their sex tape was watched, but get turned on by it.

Unless the viewing couple already has an inclination toward swapping/sharing partners, merely seeing a tape of their neighbors doesn't logically lead to a group sex scene. It is a massive leap to go from voyeurism to a foursome. A better way to make it work would be for the tape to show the neighbors having sex with another person or couple. That way they already know their sexy neighbors are into sharing, and there is a possibility that something could happen between them, once they decide that they want something to happen.

I think I may be more of a stickler for a plausible chain of events than most. Massive leaps in logic take me out of the mood faster than anything else.

I'm with you...the issue here with erotica on Lit is that the readers wants sex with in the first 3,000 words...well some times in real life it takes longer...and a slow build up can make the moment of first contact explosive!

okay couple 1 flys out to Chicago to spend the weekend with their friends. Couple 2 has a great condo downtown with amazing views of the lake and city...by chance couple #1 hubby finds a sex dvd that couple #2 made...and course, hubby #1 gets rock hard watching the movie and wife #1 catches him and she's also turned on.....

Well, the first tape is accidental. It wasn't intended for viewing by anyone but the stars of the tape. But when the other couple stumbles upon the tape, it has the unintended effect of encouraging them to try new things. And in doing so, they record their own exploits, intentionally meaning for the first couple to find and see THEIR tape. Their way of saying to the other couple "See, we're not as boring and as set in our ways as you thought we were." From then on, every video is intentionally left for one couple or the other to find, as they try to top each other.

I think you have the seed of a fun story here. My suggestions:

The two couples are sharing a cabin, condo, whatever. So, they are geographically close and accessible to each other.

They're close enough they can hear each other making love.

I like the idea of a found video and here's my twist on it. Wife #1 makes a video of her hubby getting naked with her cell phone. There's lots of giggling on her part as she teases her husband (she would be off camera, of course, but it's clearly her voice). She's teasing him about how hot he thinks the wife is of couple #2 before the video takes an interesting (to me, anyway) twist: the wife of couple #1 starts teasing her husband about couple #2's husband, too!

She leaves her cell phone sitting in the living room while they go into the bedroom for some fun.

Husband #2 finds the cell phone, begins watching the video and hands it to his wife, saying something like, "Guess you'll find this more fun than me." After all, it's a video of a man getting naked and hard. Wife #2 doesn't want to watch the video, isn't interested in violating the privacy of her friend, but seeing Hubby #1 naked and hard keeps her watching and listening until there's an OMG look on her face as she realizes what Wife #1 is suggesting. She smiles, looks at her husband and says, "You didn't watch this all the way to the end, did you?"

I might need to write up a variation on this idea! Thanks!

I like this idea. I wrote a story here with a houseguest accidentally seeing home movies of the couple.

I also wrote a story about a couple experimenting with another couple (soft swing).

But combining the two has lots of interesting possibilities. I like the idea of couple 2, who accidentally found the tape of couple 1 having sex deciding to reciprocate, and "accidentally" leaving out tape of themselves having sex for couple 1 to find, escalating to more.
