There doesn't seem to be a correlation between points and difficulty/daringness of the dare...
That being said, I'd offer things such as:
-Going commando underneath a skirt all day.
-Going braless.
-Skinny dipping at a public beach at night.
-Spend the day at home nude with all the window shades up.
-Wear remote control vibrating panties to dinner.

I'm pretty sure in the UK, pants or knickers are what in America we call "panties", whereas they call "trousers" what we call "pants." That probably clears that dare up for you.

So, in that respect, one could put together many dares based on trying to spice up regular activities that one does separate from one's partner, to become closer in more than just one way.
