I was starting to feel much better but its worse today I was starting to think it wasnt gonna be so bad

Im allowed to eat whatever i can get down unless its acidic like tomato sauce or orange juice. I don't like ice cream that much but frozen yogurt sounds really good right now... I'm having trouble with everything else :-/
