I have a thought i would like to share, what if the sister is so afraid of the brother being injured and she knows that the spankings hurt very much they decide to drop out of school and run away together instead of taking the unfair punishment. since they are both 18 and 19 they are technically adults and can do what they please within reason of course.

Not sure. Depends where your story wants to go. After they run away, they could have a moment where they break down since they had to leave the only house they ever known. They could console each other and realize they're all they really have in the world.
If you go with the idea that the dad raped her, he could ask if she's ok and whatever, and maybe sex happens. I don't know. Some incest stories go with that kind of 'starts by consolation, ends up in sex' route.

The Son's mother is forced to watch while his father abuses him for not getting straight a's in school shortly after he turns 18 the mother who has been forced to watch her only child get abused year after year is finally at her emotional breaking point. So she and the son run away together.

well, a different dynamic than my OP, in which the potential forbidden lust/love dynamic of dad/daughter played against daughter's love for brother - since what Dad feels with Mom isn't taboo, the palette is not the same.
Also, though a number of posts see bro & sis running off together, which is certainly a valid approach, it is also valid to write this as unlocking the forbidden passion of dad & daughter with them having a happy ending ( with or without bro sharing sis/daughter with dad). If you don't mind i would like to explain the varition i had for the original story. Bascially the daughter of the story would be completely removed it would be mom dad and son. The mom and son would leave the abusive dad and they would run away together.

No for my variation on the story the daughter character is not in the story at all its just mom and dad and the son. The father who is a rat bastard and an asshole beats the son for not getting good grades in school.
Shortly after the son turns 18 he gets 2 bad grades on his report card and he knows he going to get beaten by his father.
The mom is so upset she is pushed to her emotional breaking point and the mom and the son decide to run away together.
The dad would be left completely alone.
