Reminds me of the movie, "Indecent Proposal." Also, the movie, "Honeymoon in Vegas."

If I were writing the story, after this initial scene, I would have the GF start to deliberately help her BF lose money (without his knowledge, of course), so she could fuck more and more of his creditors.
