Well, I recently weaned and I am pregnant again. I am wearing a 40 G now, but I think my breasts are changing or growing again with this pregnancy. I was wearing an H/I right after I had my last baby and was full with milk.

I only leaked in the first couple of months, after a while the milk gets produced pretty much on demand and the engorging lessens. |
