I understand everythiing you have said, my wife had the operation 17 years ago, to remove her womb because of bad periods etc. During the operation the surgeon found growths, inside behind her clit, and he removed them. I was hoping that after she had recovered we could have sex with no condoms, etc. But after she had rested and things healed several weeks later, the doctors said she could have sex again. Then the bomb shell, she told me she had lost all the desire for sex and could not feel anything . she loved me but there was no point as she felt nothing. That was as I said 17 years ago, so we have not had sex since then, not even any favours. My last lover (my best friend and cousin) simply lost sexual desire as a result of menopause. I feel awful when we do have sex because she is obviously not enjoying the experience anymore. We keep an open relationship but I'm not finding any women in this area who are interested in having a 60 plus year old man for a friend with benefits.
