He got up and walked towards the door and pulled it open. He stepped into the hall and it sounded a lot less like crying. He walked down the hallway and peered around the corner of the bedroom door and her mom was laid back on the bed fucking herself with her toys. He tried turning and going back to the room with Brooke but she was right there behind him. "Told you your mom was a freak."

"I really want you there with me." She rested her head on his chest as he hugged her. She could hear the noises from her mom's room she hadn't heard noise like that from her room for a long while. She nodded her head looking at him. She followed him she thought he needed back up. She saw her mom on the bed with a few toys. She felt like she was going to puke. "Mom stop what your doing we need to talk." She shouted through the door.

Her mom jumped and tried to cover all of her toys when Brooke called out and she saw them standing in the doorway. "Uhhh....I'm sorry y'all saw that. Do y'all need something?"

Tom walked further into the room. "We were just coming to make sure you were ok. We assumed it may have been a shock to you. But clearly you're taking it better than what I expected."

"Yeah we saw that why were you doing that you just found your husband leaving you for your daughter. He turned to walk out of the room then stopped and turned back to look at her. "Get some help. I'm moving out with Brooke."

"Mom you can't just sit here and say nothing if your gonna go crazy, go crazy alone." She said playing with her hair. She stroked her side looking at him she bite her lip then got up. "I'm gonna go pack I can't deal with this." She shouted.

The day went on and they both got their things packed up and ready to go. Shane loaded up the car with all of their things. He walked back into the house to get Brooke once he was done. On their way back out her mom stood there watching straight faced still never saying anything else. Shane looked at her. "Still nothing to say huh? Well...bye."

"I don't want you see ever again mom so bye." She ran her fingers through her hair she looked at Shane. She walked out of the house and got in the car. She crossed her legs thinking to herself wow the past two days have been crazy.

Shane goes out and climbs in the car and starts it up. "Shit that was crazy. Finding her like that and her never saying a word? Oh well. We'll be better off. Tell me the way babe." He pulls out of the driveway and drives off never looking back.

She directed him to their new home. It was an apartment it was like a small house. "What do you think?"
