"I'll Wrap It Up...and Deliver It!"
Hubby buys wife a new little black dress for an anniversary gift, from a high end store that offers those little extra services. Since he works in an office tower across the street and has to go back to work, the enthusiastic pert young salesgirl, as dark as his wife is blonde, offers to wrap up the gift and deliver it to his home on her way home from work.
She gets to the house before hubby is home. Wife is so excited, she can not wait to unwrap it, insists that salesgirl come in (that might be the hardest detail to do plausibly?).
Wife loves the dress, twirls with it in front of her, asks salesgirl, "Did he have you model it for him before he bought it? you look just the same size as me."
