I have this feeling that if you prepare, relax and have fun with it, you'll be prepared, relaxed and fun.
You can do it. And even if you don't get it, you can peg the skills you need to beef up your resume.

Third person here. I take a high-EPA, low-DHA oil. I started taking it just a few months after starting using regular hard exercise (very successfully) to combat depression, so I don't honestly know how effective it is but I certainly have not had any true depression in that time (about 18 months drug-free, despite life being immensely stressful with my mum dying and my job turning to utter shit in that time), which is a miracle for me. Bunny's right - they say it takes about 12 weeks of consistent use for it to start helping (and in any case is v good for your heart health, so it can't HURT to take it!) |

Thanks for the information. I'm looking at doing the exercise thing too. I'm frustrated that I can't just jump in really hard though. I have to build up to doing the easy stuff again.  |
