I always have my comp on mute. Really just because it starts making some space ship sound when the screen saver pops up. But now that you've mentioned it I think today I may turn it up, turn on some porn, and put my phone on intercom! Why not? What are they going to do - fire me? Right, but on second thought someone will figure out some way to make that some sort of sexual harassment complaint - so the mute stays on.

I'm in my office and for once I was told to close the door. I am running a few "special assignment" programs, management does not want mid-leve supervisors to see what I'm doing, since it's them I'm investigating.
Somehow I should have said that in a noir voice. While the programs are running, I have Lit up

Good Morning all. Back at my desk, back on Lit, back to deviance (oh, wait - I don't know that I ever stop being a deviant?) It's Friday and I'm in a little 'fuck off IT guy who monitors my shit even though you say you don't' mood. The greatest part of that is the only one they can report me to is me so let the fun begin. Where to start today? I think I'll begin with some searching and emailing for an IT guy who monitors other IT guys....

I'm self employed like ezwriter.
Another concern about having random people on a network visiting random sites is that it is one of the ways viruses are passed on.
It's easier to keep them out than to remove them and restore data after an infection.
I used to handle these issues so I have experience.
Be careful where you visit.
