New Author's Beware: Scouries and his contests are fake. Keep bumping this thread.

Threadmaster's Intent:

To warn all new authors-and some current ones- that there is no such thing as A.I.R. Contests and that Scouries is the biggest fraud and cheat on Literotica.

I have decided that since Literotica has been very good to me, in giving me a place to post my work and improve my writing that it is time for me to give something back.

I aim to do that in the form of this public service message to warn new authors and everyone else in the forums that Jim Scouries is a cheat and a fraud.

In my time here I have noticed that several long standing members like Tx Rad, Dark, and even my "good friend" SRPilot spend some of their time posting on Scouries fake contest thread to warn newbies of this pariah to lit.

However, I realized there is a problem there. Although they mean well, whenever they do that, they are bumping his thread and giving him what he wants

Therefore I have created this thread and implore the above mentioned members as well as anyone else to post on this thread and keep it where it belongs; at the top of the AH hangout.

Scouries only exists here as it is a free speech site. So with the owners standing aside, it is up to the experienced authors to police the forum. So I am practicing my right to free speech with this thread and trying to do a good deed for the newbies that come here.

So welcome to my thread! Post early, post often! Post about what you did last night, post about anything, but just keep posting and bumping!

All here have the right to know that there is only one type of contest here and that is the Literotica sanctioned contests. The one's that have links to them and people can actually enter!

If there is no link to it on the home page then it is not real. So Jimmy boy, where is your link? Post it and I will have this thread deleted.

Oh, and BTW Jim? Feel free to post here as often as you would like!

Well what can I say? Master Lovecraft is certainly adamant about warning poor little newbies like myself about this awful Scouries person!

Hi everyone! Allow me to introduce myself! My name's Jessie and when LC is busy writing stories and publishing them for real royalties (not monopoly money like Scouries) or he's corresponding with real lit members who favorite him, I am going to be running the show here!

And why wouldn't I? After all LC was kind enough to take me under his wing (amongst other places) and warn me about this evil man!

Not only that, but unlike Scouries, LC is the hottest incest author on lit this side of Alwayswantedtoo! And let me tell you, it's not just his stories that are hot, cause.....damn is Literotica's badboy author one fine piece of manhood!

You can begin submitting your stories on Saturday, June 16th and up until July 10th. We encourage all contestants to submit their stories as early in the submission window as possible. Those authors who try to abuse the system by entering their stories at the very last hour (using the infamous darkboy technique) will risk having their stories disqualified.

The winners will be announced on or around July 17th

You can discuss this special contest on this thread or on the tigerlady’s AHland toady thread.

RULES (for the A.I.R. section of the contest):

- All submissions must be stand-alone stories created for this contest theme. We will not accept individual chapters of a larger work submitted separately.

- Nor will stories featuring characters, locales, plot lines, etc., etc., that have been previously used by the author be accepted.

- Prizes will be awarded in the following categories (a story can only win one prize in each contest):

1) Best Overall Story
2) Most Views
3) Most Comments
4) Most Votes
5) Highest Score
6) Most Favorites (both author and story favorites)

- A story has to accrue a minimum of 250 votes to be eligible (higher in some categories). The vote, comment, view, favorite, and score numbers that are reported by LITEROTICA will be used subject to final verification by the A.I.R. Computer Center.

- Authors are prohibited from voting or commenting on their own stories. Their votes on competing stories will also be swept away.

- Story must have a Nude Day Theme.

- It must be erotic in content.

- Non-Human/Science-Fiction category stories will not be accepted in this contest.

- Story must not exceed 4 LITEROTICA pages in length (15,000 words).

- Each author is allowed only one submission (under his name and his various ALTS – ie ace and his gay guy ALT from Minnesota are allowed only one entry - not two) per contest.

-An exception to this rule has been made for Top 25 “Most Favorited” authors – they are allowed two or three depending upon their ranking.

- No character may be named Pauletta.

- Don’t just submit some rehashed story you’ve been working on for years. We want something fresh. Be creative!

- A.I.R. reserves the right to disqualify without notice or explanation any story in which any kind of cheating or vote-tampering is suspected. Lovergirl, due to previous infractions of this rule, has been suspended for this contest as she is in the process of serving her 3 contest suspension.

For any newbies in the crowd, Scouriesworld, aka, Jacqui O. is scouries using an alt. She/he/it is supposed to be the President of A.I.R., a fake readers organization that scouries uses to base his fake contests on. In actuality he is the only one who gets to vote on his fake contest.

The reason for the fake contests is two fold. First of all, it is self promotion of his giant ego and crappy writing. Secondly, Scouries has never won a real contest even though he is the self-proclaimed number one author on Lit. In his mind it is everyone's fault but his. He blames the AH, the site owners, the contests themselves.

BUt back to Jacqui O. He/she/it is the "Secretery" of the MOST COMMENTED on
and the MOST VOTED on story clubs. Both of which are fake lists that scouires made up to associate his name with the top writers on this site. She/he/it is also a secretary that can't spell secretary,

ScouriesWorld, is a fake place that only exists in scouries mind.

And as a last piece of information, according to all of scouries IP addresses, he/she/it does not live in Miami Beach, Florida but in the south of England.

This is an example of a contest that does not actually exist. Scouries and his alts will pretend people enter this nonexistent contest, but nobody actually does. There is a genuine Nude Day Contest on Literotica, and an informational thread will be started on it shortly. Until then, you can go to the descriptions of the various theme contests run by Literotica and get info there.

I'm not going to say anything about stories written by Scouries, but I and several others will continue to point out that his "contests" are completely bogus.

Hello, I am 'the weird gay guy from minnesota'

Scouries thinks it's fun and terribly clever to refer to AH regulars as opposite genders, hence the nickname 'lovergirl' when LC is clearly (and sometimes frustratingly) male, and calling me a man when everyone else knows that I'm a woman.

I have been accused of being an alt of LC and many others, I am not. lovecraftworld is LC's first alt, and it's easy to tell.

Another of scouries' rules that he likes to implement is 'no gay stories'. Back when I was a newbie, this made me very upset. Then the nice regulars of AH told me about Scouries' lies.

Take this thread as a hint newbies, scouries is a crock of shit.
