Damon threw the javelin yet again, quite pleased at his own accuracy at hitting the target. The other youths were a bit intimidated by the young warrior's skill with this weapon. Nestor was much better with the cavalry saber and Antaeus could wield the phalanx spear with incredible force, but the javelin required an aim that Damon had and few could match.
The only question was whether this training would be any good against the Spartan war machine. Thebes was considered an inferior polis by Sparta and other states. Well, if Damon had anything to do with it, along with his friends, the arrogance of the Spartan warrior caste was about to be seriously challenged.
For now, however, Damon had other needs. He had some money and could use a good whore. Would she fit the bill? He hoped so. He'd proven his mettle yet again, and his next text might be his last. There was no sense in denying his lust any longer. He might not get another chance.
OOC: Need a few players of both sexes. There are a few rules. One- try to be historically accurate (that includes the outcome of the Theban-Spartan conflict). Two, don't join or initiate a sexual scene without consent of the other player (s). Three, I don't RP impregnation scenes, so don't ask me to. Any further rules can be discussed later as they occur to me and others.
Hope for some interest in this. Looking for both Thebans and Spartans, as well as Messenians (helots from the Peloponnese who revolt against Spartan oppression).
