Cyber-bullying on Literotica

I agree with NightL. Unfortunately there is not much you can do about it. The cyberbullies are too chickenshit to carry on that way in real life.
I do find it sad that the moderators, admin, Laurel and Manu allow the same known bullies continue to post throughout this site. Several bullies on this site alone are causing loss of membership and driving writers away.
Eventually, cyberbullies get what is coming to them. It may take days, months, or years. But they do get what's coming to them and I hope it is a slow, painfull death. I also hope I get to witness or participate in their deaths.

Bullies? Mehhhh.
I think they're just a bunch of losers. Lit is one of the most important part of their little lives and one of the few places they interact with other human beings. They're unhappy people who blame others for their misery and make them a target for their anger.

Don't the writers have a forum where their sensibilities can be protected?
This site IS for writers. The core of GB posters forget that. The Cyber bullies here use their alts in other ways to tear down writers and contributors to this site in other forums. Unfounded pettiness and jealousy are not limited to the bullies on the GB.

It is pretty much for politics and during the Bush years, it was far more vicious than it is now. Obama has shut a lot of them up; not the bullies, reality...

This site may have devolved away from its core mission of erotica writings, but it is indeed still writers/authors and their readers' contributor based. Lit has merely expanded to keep up with the times. It's originators and creators are still here. Sadly, the bullies are part of the growth. But the cyber bullies do more harm than good.

Writers... bahahaha!!! Nearly all the stories posted here were written by some putz sitting in front of a computer for 20 minutes, and uploaded to a free web site. If you aren't getting paid for writing, you aren't a writer. I can wear a stethoscope around my neck, that doesn't make me a doctor.

True that. At least to some extent. Once a writer gets paid, then they are technically a published author correct?
But mostly, Lit's story section is for free lancers or people who simply want to read and write stories not normally found or accepted in mainstream society. Some writers actually write for fun.

I don't actually spend any time at the story section; unless a GB'er directs me to one of their stories, or someone comes here wanting a vote - which I am always generous with the "1" vote. I can't read the stories very well because half my screen is taken up with logo and I can't make it go away.
For me, Lit is 99% GB and 1% the AmPics and Stories.
