Although the story line is based on the movie "Orphan" but here the couple is childless and plan to take custody of a grown up teen (aged 15).
Story revolves around the past of this teen (who was sexually exploited by her biological father and deeply loved by her mom, both died in an accident which of course was caused by this teen).
Then this teen drives smoothly with sexual relations with her new found mom & dad.

Literotica permits nothing involving sex acts with anyone under 18. So this story would never get posted, for many reasons.
