In the small town of Kenswood, something strange was happening. Now, here in Kenswood, not much of anything goes on. There are mostly elderly couples living here to spend the rest of their days, or married couples with children. The small town could even be considered as a big community. Almost everyone knew each other by name, so there weren't many secrets that people didn't already know.

The crime rate was almost invisible, it was so low that there was only one police station in the whole town. There would be the occasional kid who shoplifted for the first time, or maybe a fight that went to far, but nothing serious. So when there was a breaking news broadcast aired live on a Tuesday afternoon, everyone was shocked.

First one, and then two young girls were abducted in the past two weeks. No one knew where they were, or if they were alive or not. No one was prepared for this to happen, not the police, and definitely not the grieving parents.

The police figured that they got picked up off the road and got taken into the city. There wasn't much they could do but contact to city police and warn them and ask them to be on the look out.

Jarrod Jameson was both loving and hating what he was doing. He loved it for the attention they girls would give him. They would cry and plead with him to let them go and they would just go back home and never tell a soul what happened. None of the guys responsible for it believed it for a minute. They all knew once these girls got out they'd have the police and every sort of investigative force with government powers would be off to find them. Having just the local cops was bad enough for them.

He rested his head against an ice cold glass of beer after yet another hard days work mopping the floors and cleaning up the rooms of the hospital. One thing that was not permitted was excessive drinking when doing his not so legal line of work as in kidnapping and using these women, but he needed something to cool him down and make his nerves manageable. This was it, he pulled it from his head and chugged the beer in a matter of seconds drinking every drop of the foam and golden nectar. He set the glass down paid for his beer and then quickly went out of the bar.

His eyes were peeled waiting and hoping to come across some one worth his time to take back to the hideout and add to the girls, another friend for them and another toy for the guys to take turns playing with. He rubbed at his eyes trying to focus on the task, but the beer helped to add onto the tired feeling he was already having. He walked along the streets of the town as night fall was in full gear. "Where are all the pretties." He asked to no one in particular.

Cherie huddled in the corner of her small 'room'. She had long ago lost track of how many days she'd been locked up. Long lost what time of day it was. Long lost trying to call for help.

She was only dressed in a long, oversized men's t-shirt and she was sure it had once been white but now, as far as she could tell, it was a dingy gray.

The last thing that happened before all this was that she was on her way home from her job. It wasn't even late and so she decide to take a short cut home. One she had taken many, many times. Only this time, she figured someone was watching her.

No one saw her being 'taken', she was sure of that. She was sure because if someone had, then she'd be out of this hell hole by now.

As far as she could tell, there were at least two men. They were men because when they talked, they had deep voices. And their colonge, oh God, it stunk so badly, it made her want to gag.

They had only played a few games with her but nothing too gruesome yet. But she heard the one who was more demanded than the others tell them not to hurt nor touch her because she was his.

And that scared her to death!

Sierra sat on the bed in a room, or what ever you wish to call it. It was hardly big enough to be a childs room, let alone an older person. She wanted to cry, but she was all cried out. What was the use crying if it wasn't going to help? If there was any hope of being free, it would have came already.

She ran a hand through her slightly tangled hair; how she wished she could shower, and brush her hair. She never imagined she'd be kidnapped, especially not in this way. She was so scared. She wasn't sure if she was the only woman that had been taken captive or not.

"Just kill me." Sierra whispered very lowly, not loud enough for anyone to hear at all. She hated feeling so helpless, hated feeling like she was so weak. She wasn't weak at all. She was strong willed and so passionate too. She wasn't someone you could just walk all over.

Yet she knew she had to do what they said no matter how much she hated it otherwise she'd be dead. She was scared of that without a doubt. She closed her eyes, a deep sigh escaping her lips.

Rusty sat in the main area of the bunker. He was alone, minding the house so to speak, contemplating the last few days. They had two guests at the moment in the little side rooms. Small cubby holes, with a bed and a toilet, no windows, a nice steel door and a single light. There were a few eye bolts in the walls for attatching …… things to.

There was one empty room at the end, next to a small shower room, which was just that, a room with 3 shower heads in it and a drain in the middle of the floor. A larger room held some bunks and a small kitchen area, and finally a small storeroom was next to the stairs up out of the bunker.

He could hear their 2 guests whimpering in their rooms. Outside each was a hook and on that hook was a collar, each of a different colour, a small padlock and a long chain with another padlock on its end.

So far, their guests had barely been touched, just left. Soon they would be properly welcomed to their hotel, but maybe they should wait for the final occupant? His mind drifted back to the first time he came here……

Waking up screaming, Cherie thought it all had been a bad dream.

But she was so wrong when she woke up and realized that she really was in a dark place. There was no light, except was came through a small ceiling window and even that was nothing.

It was cold and she was still scared. Those that took her hadn't shown themselves for a least 2 days, only pushing a bowl of food through the slot of the door. She hated it.

The only thing that was keeping her sane was the fact of her life before all this. She focused a lot on the memories of her parents and now, she focused more on her life with her aunt. Cherie loved her aunt. She was her only family right now and she wondered if she was worried about Cherie.

Yes, of course she was! She had to be. Although she and Cherie didn't talk too much since her arrival didn't mean she didn't not love her. She cared for Cherie that was for sure. Why else would she have taken her in when Cherie's parents had died?

Right now, more than anything in the world, Cherie wanted to be home with her aunt. Wanted to sleep in her own bed. Be in her own clothes. Just be herself again.

One thing she promised herself was that she would quit her job at Dr. Gowan's office and live life to it's fullest! She would go ahead and go to college and then after that, she wouldn't take anything for granted any more. She was sure of that.

It seemed like just yesterday that Cherie had just gotten out of work early. She was suppose to meet a friend of hers, Sierra, at Sierra's house since her parents were going out for the night. All Cherie was going to do was stop by home first and pick up her overnight bag then head to Sierra's. That was it.

Too bad it turned into this.

Closing her eyes, Cherie did her best to forget her surroundings and tried to concentrate on sleeping. Sleeping seemed to be her only repreve right now and she welcomed it.
