Your reaction to the woman who was rimming you deserves a lot of thought and probably some therapy. She was doing something that feels good to most people. If you are planning on sleeping with a person, you ought to tell them ahead of time what you don't like. Or, at the very least, a normal reaction would be to move away and politely tell her you don't care for receiving any kind of anal pleasure. Getting angry and grabbing her for trying to give you pleasure is really kind of scary.

If you don't mind a woman with a strap-on, my question is would you mind a male who used a dildo or vibrator on you? If the answer is that a male using only a dildo/vibrator on you also doesn't bother you, then I'd say your issue is with diseases. As long as you thoroughly wash a toy, you aren't going to get a disease from using it. With a real penis, there are diseases with the fluids - both pre-cum and cum.

If on the other hand, a dildo/vibrator from a male does bother you but a strap-on from a girl does not, then I'd say your issue is that maybe you simply don't like the perception that you are becoming subordinate to another male.

I don't like anal play on myself. It is uncomfortable for me, and add to that I always like being in total control. On the flipside, I'm pretty exclusively into anal play. As to the rimming, that is totally understandable. Rimming is great if you are clean, but maybe you don't feel that clean, or even if you are clean, you may think you can never really be clean there since you know what comes out of that location.
