I've been on here for over 10 years. When I found this site, I was looking for erotic literature. I think I may have gotten here after a friend suggested the site, but I could be wrong. After that, I think it was another six months before I discovered the message boards.

How did you find Lit and what were you looking for?

I believe I submitted my first poem and/ or story in 2000. I was writing a lot then and I was looking for a creative community for inspiration. I joined the forum and started posting on the GB in 2001.

Was this an erotic poem or some other kind of poem?

I'm terrible with poetry. When I try to write something, it all comes out sounding like either a limerick or a Dr. Seuss story.

Yes, everything was of erotic nature. I took a break, deleted all my submissions and eventually came back in 2004. It nay have been last year that I finally resubmitted a few poems. I haven't written a story in 10 years.

I bought a new vibe from Adam&Eve and I got an email from Lit. Took me awhile to get into the forums

Began reading stories around late 2001, and discovered the forums in early 2002. Been (almost entirely) lurking the GB off and on through the years since then.

I think you and I had some conversations back around 2005. I'm going to have to look that up. I can't think of anything substantial, but I remember the name.

Different guy, I assure you. OG Nipples is infamous around these parts. ;)

I found it though some sort of search. I read stories and sometimes listened to the phone in things, do they still have that? When I discovered the message boards, it was the How To section I first decided to make a profile and user name. There was a thread I wanted to contribute to. Eventually I tested the waters in the GB. It was much more fun back then.

I have dyslexia and thought I typed in "nice titties", instead I typed "neci titties" and was directed right here. I never left.

I was working at a telecom in 1999 directing new media hi bandwidth customer partnerships.

The online porn and hookup sites out of toronto were mostly Dutch owned and needed big pipes.

Stumbled across Lit in my research and saw the Forum.

Uncle Denny was trolling a bunch of people, driving them crazy.

looked like fun, signed up, posted a bit.

A few years later wandered in again, forgot my login name, re-registered.

I googled mother/son incest and found a hot story somebody on Lit had written. I was hooked immediately!!

What a coincidence! I was looking for white on black gang rape and found this incredible story. I couldn't get enough, and I've been wet ever since!

Hey look... the newly minted, totally-not-Rob, obvious sock-puppet that nominated Rob for his desperately coveted HOF bid is a looooongstanding, totally-not-Rob member with a backstory and everything.

Sounds legit.

I was looking for a site where there were no nosey bastards asking what brought you here.....

I heard a little bit about that sort of thing. I even witnessed some of it with other user names, which I won't mention here, but there were two distinctly different times when there were accounts that seemed to be active for 24 hours a day. In both cases, it turned out that there were multiple people posting under these account names. I simply wondered, "why?" Really, what was the point?

Denny

Not Lance's uncle Denny! NO No NO!

And yet you stayed!
What did bring you here?

Actually as we got older and hung around home more I missed creating our own porn in real life. I joined a few different porn sites across some ponds, places where elves, hobbits, and other strange little people creep under bridges . Discovered most of those porn site members were into shit we weren't into. Literally shit and shit hole games.
A few nice friends on one of those forums suggested something called Liter0tica if I want to keep getting our stories out into the wonderfull world of internet.
I was warned by several that it's a rough crowd and I'd get my thin skin bruised and possible brain damage from insults.
For the most part they were right. It was a rocky bumpy road at first but I took the bullshit by the horns and I'm still holding on after a bit over a year.
To help, my loving wife has joined me here in the merriment and won't let me leave. In fact she often takes the keyboard away and makes me sit in a corner crying and masturbating.
This really is my story and we're stuck with it.
:D;)

Hush, Sissyboi.

I found the story side of lit on a Google search. I read off and on for ten-ish years before I discovered the forum.

That's longer than it took me, but a similar story. I must have read a few hundred stories before I discovered the forum.

This is what I did, too. Lit is my first experience at message boards. I'm sure that's obvious.

I was doing some light internet research (aka cyberstalking) of a potential beau who had a unique email username when I found he frequented this website. When I asked him about it, he said he thought with my love of literature and open sexuality I probably would like it myself so I joined.

Two years later here I am - and no clue whatever became of him.
