Envy: jealousy or coveting that which another has

Could someone come up with a story to fit this title? It apparently doesn't exist on literotica's servers anymore and I contacted FallingToFly to see if he has a copy like in October and he said he would look for it but that he was doubtful. Anyway, I'd like it to involve peeping and spanking would probably also be good. Sexual frustration on the part of the male peeper should also play a role, and should be written either in the third person (my preference) or from the POV of the peeper. I'd like it to be similar to a cuckold story except the peeper isn't dating or involved with the girl getting fucked silly by the stud; he just finds her desirable. Thanks.
