I recently stepped waaaay outside my comfort zone and joined Literotica as I am an avid erotica reader and was really curious about sites like this 
I'm 21 and posted a similar message a few days ago which resulted in a ridiculous number of messages from older men. It really does feel like this site is dominated by an older demographic but its nice to know there are some people my age!

I'm a 26 year old female who's been around Lit for years. Of course, I've been off and on but still very active member. This is actually my 2nd account because I forgot the password to my original account. *opps*
Anyway, I have found many searching for older men, myself included. It's a matter of preference, obviously. No matter the majority, there are still ladies here close in age who are interested in men closer to their age. My preference may be towards older men but doesn't mean I'd decline a chat with men closer in age.

by the number of the posts, it looks like I'm here far shorter than you,
but I would dare to say, as on any social network / porn site / dating site,
the male users outnumber the female ones heavily.
Meaning? Meaning that your, or any other guy's for that matter, chances to meet somebody here are slim... very slim. A.k.a. central Africa hunger torn slim.
Why? Because women are here cause they're boring. And they want to add some
spice to their sexual life. Men? Men are here because, as usual and always, they
want to get laid.
That would be in general, of course. For sure there are ladies here who
seek a fling with a willing stranger, for sure there are guys who like debating,
chatting, submitting stories to lit, but I'd call them an exception to the rule.
Conclusion? Real life, real girls, women, ladies, they are out there, outside.
Focus on that. Let this place be just a side stop, not the designated destination
where you MUST meet your significant other.
Otherwise, you might be in for a dissapointment

Totally right man. I didn't necessarily consider getting laid, you know. I don't live neither in the USA nor in UK, and here most of the users come from those places, so... It was just to know interesting people. Why girls in particular? Well, I like girls, but nothing serious.
