The funny thing about this story finally making the list is that it should have made it over a year ago! Imagine! Scouries, has it ever occurred to you that some people don't want to be on your trumped up lists. You've already had several people pull their stories and then repost them to keep off your lists. Can't you take a hint. If people don't want to be on your lists, they don't have to be.

The only reason you started these lists is to legitimize your crappy writing. Some people don't want to do that. Period.

My dear b. b. , if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my time as mr. scouries assistant it’s that LITEROTICANS love being on lists. Absolutely love it. And the worst of these “list lovers” are invariably AHers. They can work themselves into a frenzy as they check the status of their various stories on the various lists. “What number am I today?” they ask themselves franticly as they click through page after page of top lists. Then break into hysterical sobs when they find their pet story has dropped from 93rd to 95th. “Those bastard 1 bombers,” they scream into the empty room as they send their complaints off to the QUEEN.

Are there exceptions to this general rule? Of course there are. The moonman is a perfect example. But in his case it wasn’t just our lists he didn’t like, he didn’t like being on any list. Period. The guy was nuts but honest.

The fact of the matter is that most members of the club are quite content to be on the list. In fact most are quite proud to be members of this elite society.

And do you know why b. b. ? it’s because this is an honor that’s truly earned. You can’t fake it. Or cheat to get it. Or plot with a small group of co-conspirators to get it.

You have to earn it. The vast LITEROTICA reading public has to confer it.

Which is why your last line is such a hoot. You just don’t get it do you? What legitimizes the boss’s writing isn’t being on the list, it’s the readers that put him there.

And when you take your cheap shots at him, when you throw out your “crappy writing” lines you’re not insulting the boss, you’re insulting our readers.

Scouries, everyone knows this is one of your alts so knock off the crap.

Cheat to get it? boy are you a nut. Everyone knows about you and Sarahhhh and your over inflated views, comments and votes. Since you and Sarahhhh are both the same guy, who cares. It's not like you use 163 different ISP numbers or anything. I'd love to compare your favorites lists with your ISP numbers. I think a lot of things would change rapidly. Don't call other people cheaters when you are the biggest one around.

The question was why do you think people want to be on your bogus list. The people you put on there are not bogus, Just you and Sarahhh are.

Do you ask before you put people on your list? It seems you don't and when people tell you they don't want on your list, you put them there anyway. Then they pull their stories which is exactly what you want them to do. it eliminates competition for you.

But once you’ve contacted them what will you ask? What should you ask? A survey of anything is difficult to construct. What’s important in the end is that you get a fair reflection of the beliefs of those surveyed. What do they really believe?

Heres a few ideas. I think if we get an answer to all of these questions you’ll have your answer, [size=+2]ScouriesWorld[/size] will have theirs and her highness LAUREL and MANU will have theirs.

They’ll know if they should move forward with their project to produce an “OFFICIAL” 1000+ VOTE CLUB.

I hate to leave a bad comment, I really do. I'm not going to tell you the story was horrible, you're obviously a gifted writer, as apparently I am as well because I too write on this site and rarely get below a 100% on every comment. I am leaving my name out though for the sole reason that I don't post comments under my writing name. With that said, I think your story would be SO much better with less sexual talk and more of an actual story. Plus your main character Stephanie talks like a child which makes the story ridiculously unbelievable. Again, I'm sorry to be harsh, I really do intend to just give advice. While some people love your story, I guess they are also the same people who can get off simply by watching meaningless porn. There are other's like myself who need an actual believable story to get any kind of excitement from it. This was not one of those stories, as I couldn't even get a tingle. I hope you write another story that doesn't have the father and daughter together in bed naked in the first few paragraphs. No build up.

I think the story was very good. I hate it when all the story is just "the hot stuff" as one person put it. It needs some STORY to it. BUT, i do think you are too full of yourself. There are other great authors on here, some of which I enjoyed more than yours. You ARE good, there is no doubt about that. But your editor's notes almost ruin the enjoyment for me. Without the editor's notes I would give you a 75, but your cockiness ruined it for me. Sorry!
