You will get hard and stay hard after an orgasm. You will not be aroused after your orgasm however. You will need some recovery time for that I'm afraid.

If ya are going to give it a go....get it from your doctor, not one of the mail order places.
The medical people have heard it all and usually won't have an issue giving you a script or even a few samples. It's funny that the commercials all have the guy being all shy about asking. From my experiance it has been the opposite. Guys come in, say they are having "issues" and would like to try it. Looking at them they are young and have no medical issues that would lead to ED. I know they just want to give it a try, and as long as there is no medical risk from using it, I generally go along and hand em a sample pack.

I am in my 40's and the first Dr I asked (a woman) was not going for it. She started asking me questions and I didn't have the right answers (bitch). Anyway, when you ask be prepared with a story. Just say you are having stress issues at work and sometimes you cant perform and it is embarrassing. Maybe you are on another drug that can have some side effects - find out and use this excuse. Just be careful. If you take too much there can be medical issues. More is not better. If you have an erection that lasts a couple of hours get some ice on it and head to the hospital.
You shouldn't have to make stuff up for your doctor. She sounds pretty unprofessional to me. I'd be looking around for a new doctor.
I told me doctor the had been complaints in the bedroom. He knew exactly what I meant and asked a series of questions to determine if there were other issues, medical or emotional which perhaps neede dealing with as well. I had had a physical recently so he knew I was in good health generally. There was no problem. He gave me some samples to try and a perscription. I've had the perscription renewed twice with two different doctors, my first doctor retired, and have never had a problem.

Cialis is great stuff...my doctor noticed testosterone levels were low and just asked if I could get an erection, when I told him that it wasn't as good as I want it to be, he was handing me samples by the bag !!! What a great doctor I have! The stuff is great, a get hard with a passing breeze and stay hard...add some wine and what a night, and following day, and next night !!!!!! Better living through chemicals !
