There are plenty of stories about Glory Holes and live action in adult book stores or movie theaters. What does the law say about engaging in consensual sex in a booth in an adult book store? Does it matter if the door is closed? What about in the theater section?

We've all read the stories of the man and wife or just a young woman, going to one of these places and having all kinds of things done to her through the glory holes in the wall of the booths in the back.

Or the couple that go a xxx rated theater and let the men there have their way with his wife or girlfriend.

In reality, unless the place is a private club, which you have to join, pay dues, etc. what is written about in most cases, in most states in the United States ( I can't speak for any other country ) is illegal. It is at the whim of the owner/manager if charges are filed or to call the police.

But movie theaters and adult book stores are public places. Nudity in public is a crime in most states. Have sex in public is a crime in most states.

Just masturbating is illegal in public.

Any pictures you have seen on the web of women enjoying glory holes were most likely staged on a sound stage or in someone basement.

1. A person commits the crime of sexual misconduct in the second degree if such person[...]
(3) Has sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse in a public place in the presence of a third person.

If the door is closed:

(2) Has sexual contact in the presence of a third person or persons under circumstances in which he or she knows that such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm;

Now...if it's an adult movie theater, then it should be okay, because it is not likely that it causes affront or alarm.

Are you violating the law by "just watching". Standing there while others are engaging in sexual activities?

This all hinges on "Where?" Things you could get away with in LA would get you busted in Des Moines.

In most cases: no.

In special cases: yes. For example, if you are the legal guardian of one of the participants who is being exploited.

Once again, ask PeeWee Herman about the xxx movie theater thing in Calif.

I think Pee Wee Herman was masturbating when he was arrested, so I think that one is already covered. Also, that occurred about twenty years ago. Laws change.

No different in Calif.

" 1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any
public place, or in any place where there are present other persons
to be offended or annoyed thereby; "

His problem was that he did not hire a lawyer and instead decided to not contest the charges. The only person who was offended was the police officer himself.

Then your statement...

Now...if it's an adult movie theater, then it should be okay, because it is not likely that it causes affront or alarm.

is non-sequitur and meaningless misinformation based on your subsequent statement...

" 1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby; "

...no matter exposing yourself is illegal. Having sex is illegal. In public places.

Why give someone information that could wind them up in jail? Even if it is true, it just takes one person to dial 911 and you're in jail.

Peewee was in Florida for that so the laws are different there and he was sort of stroking in public. Someone noticed and complained so bam he is arrested. Sort of because he was hidden away, at least how I remember it he was half hidden behind the curtains watching the movie in the dark.

See what some are missing is the simple little thing. Technically a glory hole is breaking the law, except a glory hole in an adult theater is something you expect. Only men go into those for the most part, I think, I've never been to one but the only time you see a woman go to one is for a porn.

No idea if that is done in a studio though probably since the cocks she sucks and fucks don't have condoms on. Only a moron would go to a glory hole and not demand condoms, well except in a story and on porn where the men are tested often.

So when it is only men going into a glory hole and they all know who is a sucker, nobody complains. No complaint, no cops, no arrests. Course if a cop comes along and sees money changing hands that is an arrest because that is prostitution. Nothing else because, well there is a cop at a glory hole, he knows what goes on there and probably sticks his cock through a hole if not drops to his knees. ;)

Not that any of them are gay.

The law where?

You have not divulged where in the world you are, and laws are vastly different in the free world compared to the Middle East or the less developed parts of Amurika.

LEGO-bricks are made from that stuff!
It does not make it illegal, but building your own fleshlight (bricklight?) from LEGO must be a sign of great powers of imagination.... Or desperation!

I might think it could depend on the state and county. There are counties in Nevada where prositution is legal and if an ABS is part of a brothel or if there is some licensing that says it "could" be a brothel and yadda yadda yadda, maybe it could be legal or at least nobody would make an issue. However, I would suspect that such things, IF they occurred outside the fantasy of porn videos, could potentially get one landed in jail depending on whether or not the manager of the store is invited to join in. ;)

All depends on how sneaky you are I guess. Once went to a movie with a chick. The theater was half-full and the movie was boring. We started to fool around, one thing led to another, and she lost her pants and started riding on top of me. We were near the back, but from what she told me, a few high school boys saw us when I had her topless and was playing with her tits. I don't think they had a problem with it ;)

WTF did the OP mean by "ABS"? and also, in what fucking jurisdiction? laws vary all over the damned place.
