Removing ass hair

Yep, shave, wet or dry, doesn't make a difference to me, never had a bad experience either way, don't let the blade get to blunt though as you won't end up with the smooth finish that you will want.
 
Removing Anal Hair

I shave my rosebud smooth about once a month, it doesnt seem to grow back thicker or faster than my ball hair or my pubes. I trim the pubes, actually did that this AM b4 getting in the shower. lol

In the shower with a razor unless your real hairy then maybe an electric shaver tool then shave wet.
 
Yup thats what i do. Just be careful all of chaffing when the hair grows back!! Just shave regularly x
