No difference at all. It may be different for the man who is doing the licking out though as I know there is a lot of men who are for and against hairy pussies

I have only been shaved when I gave birth and had mostly grown out by the time I was ready for action down there. I am not super hairy so a guy has no problem finding the proper spot. I can not imagine that it would feel any different to me if I was shaved.
 
I find it more sensual when shaved. There can be licking and nibbling on the lips that doesn't happen otherwise.

I've never shaved, so I can't provide a definitive answer, but neither can I see how it could make much difference. I would have to say there is a difference, but no much of one as I remember. It has been a very long time since I was hairy. Not for me. I actually prefer her unshaven. I am a 27 year old woman....I don't want to look like a 12 year old version of myself. But that's just my personal preference. And I love it when women are natural. ;) It turns me on so much.
