Story Worth Reviving

So I wrote a short story a long time ago (about a year ago at this point) and it has been kind languishing. It is pretty much done in terms of content but I really don't know if it is worth editing to submit or if I should just abandon it forever.

So I thought I would throw it out there to see if people think it is worth polishing up.

That is the story as it is, extremely rough around the edges in pretty much every way.

Out of curiosity, what is the difference between Story Discussion and the Editor's Forum?

In Story Discussion people do not ask for editors.

And the Editors' Forum isn't for discussing story content--more grammar, punctuation, style.
