My fear is, what happens when 50 Shades is made into a movie (and you KNOW it will be)... then you get to deal with all those middle-aged, lovesick, women.. LMAO...

Yeah, they drive me crazy. One would figure I'd be use to it now, being this is my fifth Twilight, but nope. They all come out screaming about how amazing the movie was and how hot Edward is. I just have to remind myself that I am professional and it's my job to hear the shit.
And that punching one of them will most likely land me in jail.
GAH! They are already talking about making it. It's going to be a "romantic comedy" how ever that is going to work out....
God the books were so bad.

I could not even read the books (both my BFF's did and LOVED them)... I HATE first person writing.. and my friends, I love them dearly.. but really? How could you LOVE them??

I actually think that the Twilight movies would have been BETTER if better casted. I do NOT like Bella at all....
I tried, I really tried to read the both the Twilight Books and the 50 Shades books. Well, no, I lied, I didn't. I picked it up, picked a random hot scene and read it and gagged... on both counts...
I SOOOOO hate first person writing....

I had to force myself to finish them. A lot of my friends read them and love it. Part of me feels the need to direct them this way for some good stories.
My Inner Goddess is confused by the thought of how it even got published.
I think the thing that annoys me the most is they made a new cover for the books and on it it says "If you like Anne Rice's Sleeping Beauty, you'll love 50 Shades of Grey." Are they really comparing that crappy book to Anne Rice's?! Really?
And yep... a romantic comedy. Cause face it... the only way you can make that book into a movie is if it's a cheap porno or if you changed damn near everything.. I don't get how it's going to work as a movie at all.

I hated-hated-hated Anastasia steele. She sucked. She was a terrible, horrible, character. The lid on that coffin was after receiving 6 spankings she got up and ran out on her top.
First 6.. is nothing. Second, running out on your top is rude, and doesn't give them a safe space either. A good bottom knows that tops have highs and lows too.
Finally, Mr Grey is a sadist, why? Because he's damaged. Emotionally. And she's going to save him.
FUck.

As Nyte said, the movies could have been a lot better if they were done right. Me personally, I don't like the idea of vampires sparkling and going to high school. I give the writer props for being creative and writing something new but... not what I'm into.
I don't hate Twilight as much as the idiotic Twihards. It's not the greatest saga ever and Kristen Stewart can't act. *shrugs* My opinion.
