I joined this forum fairly recently, and I've been doing this bodybuilding thing for going on a year now (or at least working towards it). Right now I'm in the middle of the phase of my life where I'm trying to gain weight, which generally results in both good and bad weight.

Despite this I'm going to post some of my pics at the minute, partially because even though not all the weight is good, most of it is, and I'm proud of it. And mostly because I reckon that if I want to do this bodybuilding thing I'm not going to be able to be shy.

A couple of them are a little blurry, but hopefully you get the idea!

what supplements are you taking... Stacking with Creatine will make you look bloated. else wise keep at it

Thanks! I've only got about 6ish more weeks of gaining weight, then I get to go the other way which causes a much more rapid positive change in appearance. I was hoping to get to 250, that seems unlikely at this point, but such is life.

Edit:

I take Creatine (which does help the bloated whale look), Magnesium (I take around 900 mg a day), zinc. I'll use whey protein but only a post-workout, since it tends to be too spendy for other purposes for me at least.
