At least in your case, I'm sure your naughty underwear would be a big hit with the ambulance drivers, if you got into an accident.

Come to think of it...going pantiless on occasion might excite them even more!

(BTW: I'm sure you could get any number of volunteers to fluff your pillow for you, while you posed for pictures.)
