First-timer! (Don't) Be Gentle

Hi there! I wrote "Like Blood for Coffee" (dumb play on "Like Water for Chocolate"). It's an urban fantasy story about a BDSM relationship in the workplace. I mixed things up by making the vampire the sub; but I like to play with power politics, so she's also the dom's boss.

Would love to get some more feedback on it! I've been watching the comments and traffic patterns to try to gauge where I can improve, but it's not as much context as I'd like.
