Torchwood After Hours ooc

So heres my idea,its Torchwood but with characters from Doctor Who as well and with less focus on the running around aand fighting aliens etc...just kind of gloss over it and put most of the focus on the personal interactions during their "off hours" after work so to speak.

I will play Jack Harkness and lead the storyline (setting up the backstory for the days events) and then we see where it goes from there.

Or at least thats the basic outline,let me know what you think.

I would like to play a new recruit,possibly an alien who looks human or has some sort of shape shifting ability maybe?
