Wes couldn't help but chuckle at the comment...she must have overheard Alice's advice in the infirmary. "Actually, I have one more to go," he joked.
He smiled, and said, " Look, I'm sorry...I feel like I have been unintentionally making you feel like I want you to change for me. I really don't want to pressure you. You told me you weren't the relationship type, and I can understand that."
He paused, and then continued, "That being said, I can't help how I am. I'm always going to want more than just casual sex. I felt a connection with you. I'm not sure if you feel that way, but it's ok if you don't. It's all pretty new...you don't need to do anything you don't want to. I just want to be up front with you."
He leaned forward, and gave her a peck on the cheek. "I had an amazing time with you. I will never forget it and always remember it...no regrets," he said, quiet enough so only she could hear, "if you ever want more than just the physical aspect of being close to someone, you know where am."
He stood up, smiled at Kimmie one last time, and then turned and left the saloon. He left her to think things over. If there was to be any more between the two of them, it was going to have to be her decision.
