Wait a second. I read this yesterday (love the pic of your amazing backside) and had a snack (the last piece of pumpkin pie). I didn't notice until Angelica's reply: Butter tartlets? You know of the Butter Tart and all of its forms? (Angelica too?) I didn't know that they were known outside of Canada.

I was not familiar with the butter tart, but just googled it and it sounds *amazing*. However, I think I need to sample some authentic Canadian ones to know for sure. I will PM you my address.

But He’s never witnessed it.
What if He heard me burp,
Realized I’m just a fraud,
And ran away screaming?
I mean... I know He wouldn’t,
But... I still think things like this...
I think them because of my past.
I think them because of every person
I have ever been with,
Before Him,
Has had their “thing” about me that bothers them.
Yes, even my husband (I eat too loud amongst other things).
Sometimes I wonder
If I am just waiting,
Holding my breath for the moment
When He sees that flaw in me...

There are times when we find another’s quirks acceptable and defining.

I guess we all strive to exist in that third place.

The flaws make us who we are and he will love them, I know this.

We do all have quirks. You have some fun ones. I have some that results in things being done to my hair as payback.

There are some pretty great vegan butters these days...

(I’ve got a secret, non-vegan recipe. I will send it privately to you. I’m not really the best vegan, I just love cheese and chocolate too much. I usually say I’m a vegetarian, or a lactoovopescatrian if I am asked by someone who really wants to know)
