Well, in those cases at least they pretend that they're refusing services for other reasons ("I'm not serving that gook-moochie or prairee nigger, or woman that I'm stalking with anal sex inuendoes, because they are racist homophobes").
Even if their real reasons are pretty transparent cause pea sized brain.

But if you want to have the law on your side,
you should at least be transparent about it. Advertise it on your website.


I'm not saying that it's the way to go because they will become a target, but I'm just pointing out the absurdity of what all these Moral or Religious things have turned into.

Just like the case where Muslim supermarket employees refused to deliver alcohol.
Then find another job.

I'm pretty sure business is going to boom at the Red Hen for a while, simply because management went out of the way to be assholes. A lot of progressives love that behavior and they will support the business.
 
I saw a tweet from from snowflake saying how 'brave' the manager was for asking Sanders to leave. Tweet also claimed she did it because she was afraid her LGBT 'migrant' staff (not sure what migrant means exactly) would be offended by Sander's presence.

The reality is the manager knew this would become news and will now benefit from the popularity the dump will get from all the progressives acting like she's a hero. Money and attention.

Look at all the has been celebs like Tom Arnold coming out against Trump....think they care what he does or doesn't do? They care about the hyenas of the left basking them in glory.

How did the small business owners of the restaurants know that Sanders would Tweet about it from her official White House Twitter account?
 
I didn't follow all this [TL/DR, busy with real stuff] but I noticed a bit of criticism of my RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE post. Apparently closet socialists here want gov't to compel business folk to serve shitheads from unprotected classes. Is that it?

Really? Where does it say that? I'd think the official White House account's decisions would be made by the president, and I haven't heard him bitching about it.
