It's already being used by the Oligarchs of the Social Media/Tech monopolies. Now that they have been caught, they want government to control content. Zuckerburg, following in the footsteps of Bill Gates during the Clinton years, has begun to madly virtue-signal and increase what he spends on lobbying in order to massage the direction government takes.

In the US and the UK we already have such a rating system.
It's your credit rating.
Platinum card? You are a great citizen.
Limited card with low limit and high interest rate? You are a risk to society.
All credit denied? You are a non-person.

But that system just isn't going to cut it with the SJW crowd. That system is the product of the Patriarchal white centrist society and is therefore patently discriminatory and racist. Homeless people of color should be getting the Platinum card in their estimation.

Count dankula is another youtuber that I find highly amusing was lucky to avoid jail over a joke; it was in my opi nion in poor taste but all in all not worth going to jail over when the uk has the telford scandal and a lot of those fuckers are still free.
The shit coming out of the uk at the moment is mind boggling, mind you if you keep loo ki ng at all the negative it is all you see.

As Ogg noted, we in cashless societies are already graded by our lenders. We're also graded by the gov't agencies monitoring our words and deeds. Alon with ubiquitous surveillance, we can expect some corporate-gov't partnerships to exploit that data. Yes, we WILL have chips implanted. The Danish government forced their citizens to carry Conduct Books that employers and others could grade their performance in. When many of them came here the first thing over the side of the ship were those conduct books.
