Yes. I hear they look better on dark skin though, and I'm fair, so I'm leaning toward the watercolors, too.

That one is very lovely. Try also Googling "watercolour animal tattoos". I've seen one once of a hummingbird, I think, it was stunning.
 
Some white ink tattoos will look great on fairer skin, they'll have almost a 3D effect to them, but it's always a chance you take.
