These alleged incidents happened in 1994; there is a general 5-year statue of limitation restriction on this alleged crime in the state of New York, so there is no possibility of any criminal trial at all, only the possibility of a civil decision - which is what this lawsuit asks for.

The alleged victim filed against Trump initially in Los Angeles earlier this year all on her own without legal representation or collaborating eyewitnesses, and that judge threw her case out because of filing technicalities (home address and phone number issues).

The alleged victim then obtained legal representation and filed suit against Trump in the state of New York where the alleged acts are alleged to have taken place, and her suit now includes the sworn testimony of two eyewitnesses who fully support her allegations against Trump.

There is no disputing Trump's very, very personal relationship with Democrat donor Jefferey Epstein (Epstein's infamous "black book" listed 14 different phone numbers to reach Trump), just as there is no disputing Hillary and Bill Clinton's very, very personal relationship with Jefferey Epstein (Epstein's infamous "black book" listed 22 different phone numbers to reach the Clintons). There is also absolutely no dispute about the "business" that infamous "black book" was all about.

A woman has now twice come forth with heinous allegations against Trump and Epstein, with two eyewitnesses now fully supporting her, allegations that if found to be valid, should punish Trump financially with as much as the victim wants, and sentence Trump to full public exile for the rest of his life (since criminal charges can no longer be brought against him for these acts).

The judge has ordered her lawyers, Trump's lawyers and Epstein's lawyers to all appear before him December 16 to decide what happens next. At the very, VERY least it is the full duty of the American justice system to give full and fair hearing to this woman's allegations of the despicable and heinous crimes she alleges to have be perpetrated upon her. And if that full and fair hearing show her to be a liar, then she should suffer the same fate she is seeking against Trump.

Proximity counts for nought. Most westerners have no idea of what their governments and their ruling class are really up to.

Not to excuse HRC, wrong is wrong, but there is a definite qualitative difference between the way she is wrong and Trump is wrong.
The things she has done, have been done before. Both she and Trump have misused their foundations. Hell, even Trump destroyed emails and shredded files related to lawsuits against him. She's not the first to use a personal email server. Thing is - I can easily see people in her position thinking they're too valuable to be caught or questioned, and making stupid decisions. It's more a position or power thing than a HRC thing.
But with Trump his wrongs go so much deeper. A lack of ability to follow advice; insensitivity for many of the citizens he claims to want to represent; an unwillingness or inability to prepare straight answers, programs, or policies for people who want to know his plans; a total disregard for truth; and a lack of respect for so many that oppose him. His character flaws go so much deeper than HRC's. I may hold my nose when I vote for her; but she is still so clearly the more rational option than a man who only offers hatred and fear.
