I know, and I am freaking upset about the clear focus that the moderator has on this thread and anyone who posts on it.

Chargegirl has pretty much the same focus on all the threads. She doesn't do this fulltime.

If the pics are at all explicit in this forum or Fetish Central they have to be links. Pretty sure it's a legal thing, if they are posted directly or as attachments the site is liable for the content, if links they aren't.

Nice thread

This is simply untrue. All threads in my forums get the exact same treatment. If you spot something that shouldn't be here, please use the "report a post" feature - the exclamation point ! - to let me know. I try to catch every violation, but that's impossible.

Here's a link to the full photo posting guidelines:

http://www.literotica.com/faq/06025613.shtml#06188484

Here are the basic Forum Photo Guidelines:

- Legally, we can allow soft nudity, but under current United States law, photographs (does not apply to non-photographic images) posted on this site may not contain "sexually explicit conduct", which the government defines as:

- Actual or simulated:
(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(B) bestiality;
(C) masturbation;
(D) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(E) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person.

- All persons in all adult-themed photographs must be over 18 years of age.

- Image must not contain URL or other advertisement.

- You must have a legal right from the copyright owner to post any images

So in a nutshell, any hardcore pics or pics of genitals or pics of oral sex must be external links only (a clickable link that takes you off of the Literotica website), not an attachment link (the paperclip symbol) - that will be removed.

Also, no pic may contain a copyright, which includes symbols such as the playboy bunny or a watermark. And no website urls may be displayed in the image, such as www . playboy . com etc...

Anyone accusing CG of NOT playing fair regarding picture posting on threads have their heads up deep in their asses... Just follow the rules, they're NOT difficult to understand.

I apologize...

I realize I really caused some negative feelings by expressing my frustration about not understanding why my posts were being removed when I did not see that what I was posting was any different than what others post. I publicly apologize for expressing my thoughts about this matter. I apologize for the issues that I have caused with my posts. As I looked at other threads, I honestly thought I was following the rules. I apologize for challenging CG about this on the thread. I wish I understood what was acceptable to post, because I am confused about the copyright issue when everyone posts pictures that were taken by professional photographers. If someone could please explain the proper way to post pictures, I would be truly grateful.

Forget it!

Somehow my posts are still not okay. Sorry for messing up the thread again.

My special ladies, I am thinking about you tonight, and I truly love you!

All posts from Pinterest.com, but literotica did not recognize the links as valid. But I want to give credit properly.

Please do not upload images to our servers that you did not take yourself.

From the forum guidelines regarding attachments:

1) Attachments. These are user-owned images which are uploaded to our server by users. All attachments must meet our guidelines or they will be removed if brought to our attention.

Literotica does not want to host on its servers pics taken by someone other than the person uploading them. When you upload a pic via the attachment feature (the paperclip symbol) you are uploading it to the servers, so they must conform to the guidelines. Also, any pic imbedded in a post via url tags (so that it's displayed in the post) must conform also.

If you want to post hardcore pics then you need to post the clickable link only so that you're taken off-site to view it.

I hope this alleviates any confusion. :rose:
