The Living Works of Art Challenge II - Female Body Edition

It's keeps telling it's in progress

Welcome to the museum, Wanda

Well, it took a few tries, but yes that is a glorious take on the . . . er, Callipyge. The front shot was awesome too, even if you didn't mean to post it.

Why do I suddenly feel like I need to go back to the gym . . . at 4 am?

My Rendition
Ooooo, nice Omega and love the tattoo!! :rose:
LWOAC-II: #1 Venus Callipyge

I struggled with the draping on this one, and the blouse. While I didn't even come close to what it's supposed to look like and trying to give it an "old feel" resulted in irritating grain, I still really really wanted to post this one.
What a lovely bottom! :rose:
I have a newfound respect for the men who have posted in the LWOA thread, this stuff is hard!!

This was the best I could manage. Definitely not a photo that makes feel very statuesque but let's go with it anyway
You're the 'fun size' version!! ;) Really good though, love it! :rose:
So I wasn't going to post this but I decided to even though it was way harder to do this than I imagined and my result did not really capture the essence of the Venis Callipyge.

Well done to the men who have done such fantastic replications I will give you way more credit in future.
You're always beautiful Icy!! :rose:
I don't know how much I can play in here, but this model coincidentally resembles my posture in one of my pics. The drapery is around my ankles, not my shoulders, but I have the rest, I think, with changes in brightness and color to look more like marble (thanks to GD with the editing).
We'll take it! Gorgeous as always Ms.! :rose:

Mara, in this as in everything else, you are inspiring. Beautiful! :rose::kiss:

Thanks for your kindness, Hornblende.

This is absolutely wonderful!!! Great job!

i love your hair btw :)

Thank you, SNG.
I have quite a collection of wigs.

Mara! A fantastic rendition. Nicely done.

Thank you, Lizzie.

Yay Mara!! Your attempt is gorgeous!! :rose:

All these bottoms and no spanks?! I guess you're being respectful in the museum. ;)

Your attempt deserves its place in the museum, up on a pedestal to be admired--and to be looked at from a naughty angle, of course.

Thanks, Glendale. Who me? Naughty?

Oh, great job, Mara. Nice bum. Glad you could make it.

Thank you, JRP. I have all the more respect for all who've answered your challenges in both LWOAC threads. Poses that look so natural don't feel natural at all. Lower that shoulder, but stretch the back...

What great choices you've made for the challenges. And I'm all the more impressed with everyone who has posted pics.

Great attempt it is too. Well done Mara.

Thanks, Icy.

Very nice Mara. Quite callipygian. Heck, I think more are trying the challenges than men at this point!

Cheers :rose:

I'd curtsy, but I'm trying to be tall here. Smiling. Thanks, Rogue.

This turned out way better than I thought it might! I think it needs to be called "Venus of the untanned buttocks", though :D

Wonderful! While you don't see untanned buttocks on statues, they do make a nice accent here. :rose::kiss:

Yay! What's the draping? The top seems to flow well into it.??

It's a beach cover-up dress hoiked up over the shoulder, plus a bed sheet for the long vertical bit ;)

Thank you, Mara! I wonder if ancient Romans and Greeks had any concept of tan lines at all? I don't know whether the villa-residing types would ever have thought to be in the sun, I suspect probably not.

THE WINNER UNTIL NOW!

There is no concept of competition here. We celebrate and enjoy all the different interpretations for their diversity and their common theme. :)

OKAY BUT STILL "MY" WINNER.
