You also realize that law means that a Muslim business owner can refuse to serve infidels

Whats to discuss...its a typical US state...19 others have the same type law.
If you mean move to Canada...fegetaboutit
Wrong, Indiana's law differs from the Federal and the other state laws in that the others only concern the government, not private businesses. that, and Indiana does not list sexual orientation as a "protected class" in their civil rights laws.
"It's the same as the others" has been debunked as bullshit.
So Indiana has the good law...okies
I have a snowmobiling friend there,,I'm gonna ask him whats up
I suppose if you're a homophobic bigot you could consider it a "good law".
Hey, thats what you said, not me...you called the others bullshit
No, reading comprehension is your friend.
I said "It's the same as the others" has been debunked as bullshit. Addressing your statement that "its a typical US state...19 others have the same type law". Because Indiana's law is NOT the same as the other 19 they point to, nor is it the same as the Federal RFRA.

Not really, religion is a "protected class" and is protected under Indiana civil rights law.
Being gay however, is not.
So that Muslim business owner in Indiana could discriminate against gays "legally", but not "infidels", or by race or gender.
And in a free market...
And you guys call smooth sexist
I suppose if you're a homophobic bigot you could consider it a "good law".
As a matter of fact we do. We're coming after you, too.
LOL keep telling yourself that like you haven't been on a 40 year losing streak![]()
