Well the doctor said keep it elevated...this pillow doesn't quite work so I need one nurse's lap to keep it in.

Oil...yeah...let's just call it that! ;)

I have no fresh pic, but I am sitting in front of my fire, trying to digest dinner as I sip my last cup of the day and convince myself that going to the gym is indeed a good idea. :)

Good morning Coffee Shop! I hope everyone slept well! My "personal nurse" took very good care of me last night and I'm feeling much better this morning. Just dropping by for a cup of tea and some TLC from my favorite servers. Who knows...maybe i'll just hang out here all day! :)

I brought my mug with me again. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any coffee or tea in it at the moment. :(

It's one of those heat-activated mugs so, when it warms up, the dark coating clears to reveal a saucy photo of my wife. I tend to bring it out particularly when my mother-in-law is round, unless my wife has managed to hide it away in time. :D
