Interesting person to chose to quote.
I didnt follow it that closely, but I ain't no tough guy, if it were me, at 17, I'm sure I would have run from the confrontation....it really seems to me like an event that shouldnt have happened in the first place.
It was nothing more than assumption and opinion......if there were any evidence that was the case Zim would be in prison.
No assumption or opinion needed or given.
Facts state that zimmy saw him. Followed him. When the kid ran, zimmy got out of truck and pursued on foot.
Its pretty hard for someone to jump out of the bushes and attack you when you're sitting in your truck not stalking someone.
I spoke of this elsewhere but several years ago I had a case involving a 17 year old black female and her parents. We had a trial.
The high school senior was lesbian and wanted to live with her white teacher lover. Everyone thought this was a marvelous idea tho it was wrong for many reasons.
A. The student was 17 years old and a minor. No sui generis there!
B. The parents could not legally consent to the sexual union, even if they had the teacher would immediately become a custodian and sex offender. That is, tagged as a sex abuse perp and sex offender. But never mind.
All knew the deal and how impossible it was. And no one wanted to wait till Missy was 18.
So the gays made numerous criminal and child abuse reports. Most were absurd. More importantly they used their influence against the gays in my agency, the sheriff, and others.
1.Mom ran over the girl with a Cadillac.
2. Mom beat the girl into a bloody mess.
3.Dad was a drug lord.
4.Dad raped the girl since she was a child.
The evidence:
The only mark on the 17 year old was a cat scratch on one inside ankle bone.
Dad had one pot possession arrest in 1968, nothing else.
Dad weighed 450 pounds and suffered from diabetes, heart disease, impotence, and emphysema. He dragged an oxygen tank around.
The 6 other siblings denied all the charges.
The 17 year old was a school athlete.
The judge looked over the case and dismissed it before opening statements. The lesbians howled.
No assumption or opinion needed or given.

Hims was investigating....seeing what exactly is going on...that's what NHW does.
He wasn't stalking anyone.
It always comes back to the gays.....
Whatever you say, Potsie.
Sure thing, Potsie.

"The fundamental danger of an acquittal is not more riots, it is more George Zimmermans."

Well isn't that just fluffy. Riots OK more Zimmermans bad. Do you think they could both be bad?

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department said Sunday it is looking into the shooting death of Trayvon Martin to determine whether federal prosecutors will file criminal civil rights charges now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted in the state case.
The department opened an investigation into Martin’s death last year but stepped aside to allow the state prosecution to proceed.
In a statement, the Justice Department said the criminal section of its civil rights division, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Middle District of Florida are continuing to evaluate the evidence generated during the federal probe, in addition to the evidence and testimony from the state trial.
