I uhh... Poetry has never been my strong point. I've tried my hand at it a time or two, as any writer does. I feel a little embarrassed but, all I've got anymore are some poems I wrote in my late teens. Still, might as well share.

The Road

Chances come and go, like an oceans ebb and flow,

choices made or no.

Time takes it's toll,

like an angry troll.

And The Road goes on.

Horizons behind, sunrises ahead,

No way to know if we end up blind or dead.

When grains in glass fall short,

Then comes the dread.

And the road goes on.

Spring, summer, fall and winter,

The counting years as a splinter,

In the soul.

And the road goes on.

Through heaven, hell and in-betweens,

answers lost to what it means.

And the road goes on...
