If you fall into either one or both of these categories please do not waste my time:

I will only write with partners who can complete a full and grammatically correct sentence (typos and minor mistakes excluded).

I do not write with writers who only post a paragraph or two at a time. I appreciate creativity and descriptive writing. If you can't do either, I'll pass.

Also, another note ... if we enter upon a thread together, never assume my character's actions or reactions. I'll show you the same respect.

I'm female, and in my twenties. I've also been happily married for some time.

I'm experience in SRP and have SRPed on various sites over the past ten or so years. My experience (and preference) is with freeform SRPs, though I've been known to on occasion play in a managed thread if the story is right for me. I tend to write lengthy posts and appreciate the same effort (I'm not asking for novel here, just some effort). I enjoy historical settings, science fiction, fantasy (elves, fairies, and the like), and some gothic ... though I'm not on the vampire train all too often. Occasionally, I like a modern setting if the story and characters inspire me. Romance type SRPs will occasionally catch my interest as well.

I do not do any instant message/chat RPs and on that note no cyber sex, talking dirty, etc. I prefer fictional story based SRP. No scat, piss, rape, beasties, incest, or anything of that nature. That stuff is not my cup of tea.

I will occasionally do bondage types of SRP, though not until I'm comfortable with and know the writing partner well (and trust him).

I'll be posting some ideas I have in the next few days. If one of them strikes your fancy we can discuss them via pm or through this thread. Via pm, I can also link you to examples of my work if you wish.

Caroline Despre is a deeply thoughtful young woman who has seen far too many things in her life. The daughter of a voodoo practitioner mother and a father's she's never even seen. Born in raised in the bayou ... just south of New Orleans at the edge of Bay L'Ours and Kings Canal. Though her accent may be deceiving she is well educated and by no means, backwoods or coon ass.

Caroline is different, though than most. Perhaps it's her voodoo back ground or maybe she's just ... born different. But she sees spirits of those long passed and spends most of her time trying not to. She's also a waitress at a little diner called "The Little Diner" where just about anyone might stop by and sit for a spell, and even some who have never left.

Not too sure exactly where I want to go with the story, but I'm open to ideas.

Addison March is on the hunt for her next novel. After two successful fiction novels (New York Times Best Sellers) this New York Heiress/Socialite is on the prowl for something different. She wants something edgy, something different. She wants to stand out from the crowd. She wants to be known for more than Daddy's money and a string of horrendous break ups. She wants to stand on her own. She wants to write something real.

Looking for a male partner to write a character to be her edgier story. A character for her to shadow and learn about. I'm not picky, as of yet, as to what this male character would be/do, but I've several ideas (from musician, to war hero, to cop that closed a big case, to politician amidst scandal). I know I want this Sci Fi and futuristic, though I'm by no means an expert at such things (ships, time frames, etc) but I'm a very a quick learner and pretty good at improvising when I need to.

Natalie is quick witted, with a good dose of arrogant attitude. And she has a crush on her Captain (who needs to be an older male ... not too much, just enough to be dignified). Something will happen, he saves her/she saves him ... not too sure, but it will put them alone and closer together. Where sparks will indeed fly. ~nods~

The is Princess Serena. I would put her in a more fantasy based atmosphere ... I was thinking something along the lines of an arranged marriage to secure two kingdoms. She herself, is human and her father a human king. Whatever character finds himself married to her would have to be humanoid (elf, drow, human ... etc). Would be nice to play with a drow character ... the epitome of tall "dark" and handsome. I'm open to ideas on the plot.

Neava us a fairy. But shy and sweet she is not. Neava is mischievous, sultry, and free spirited. She makes her home in a secluded grove just off a not often traveled forest path. Who knows who may happen upon her.

Ceridwen (or Ceri ... pronounced: "Seery")


After her mentor (the king's mage), Ceridwen takes over the position and enters into a very close relationship with the king himself. I'm willing to hash out plot (I would like plot to this one) and I have several "musts" for the king. He'll have been a warrior first and then taken the thrown ... single. I see him tall and broad and in his early forties (starting to show lines on his face and gray in the temples).

Could be pleasant exterior, normal senior manager, alternate job to get as high in the corporation as he can as they need bringing down and he has to do it. Ruthless female CEO of the company he has to bring down... could be problems if he gets to like her, but his undercover bosses still want the deal...

Idea reserved usually means the idea has already been asked about and taken, so a story will be written. Now I'm not her, and she can make her own decisions but by general etiquette that's usually how things go. Still an interesting direction, good three way story.

mmmm I like the idea of this one... and the pic too, so nice and cute. Well, A drow king threatening a war on the border of your father's kingdom is interesting. The wedding could arrange it all, but the drow king could be some kind of a war obsessed guy, not at ease with the teasing/charming/seductive/ stuff, and the princess surely could turn him down a bit...

This would take place in a fantasy world ... inhabited by elves and fae of all kinds. As well as handfuls of humans that have crossed into the world by one form or another (mostly by magic means). On the dark side of that world, is that of evil ... vampires and weres. Though, not the "let me make love to you type" but the deadly type. Most times, these creatures stay away from the main part of our world. But when they don't ... they meet Ja-el. Ja-el is a mixed breed of elf and human. She is also a slayer and a hunter. Ja-el is now on a mission to destroy a very dangerous vampire and there is no telling who she could meet along the way.
