we did indeed... i had a guy 'george' come up to me as we were leaving one of the bars who just wanted to tell me how stunning i was... i believe he said stunning 5 times in as many seconds lol... and how amazing my eyes were, to which i told him they're contacts and that i have brown eyes, his reply was that wasn't all... i have fantastic high cheekbones! lol. have to give him credit for thinking on his toes in such a drunken state.

My power got knocked out last night. A car hit a telephone pole about 1 AM and I didn't get power back until almost 9 this morning. It made for a lazy morning and me late for work, but it's all good.
 
I'm sooo wanting to get some fishnet stockings soon. I have to wait until I get some more money though. Besides won't really have the opportunity to wear them for a couple of weeks anyway. :(

there's a great little stall at a shopping centre near my place that sell them 2 for $8!!!

i made chicken pie last night for the first time from scratch, got the recipe from a chef who made it for me a few months ago, and i would like to announce that mine was a great success! yay for me :D

also, i'm having a small group of friends over tomorrow night to celebrate st patrick's day a little early... if you're all good i might post a pic of me wearing way too much green ;)

watched pineapple express last night and HIGHLY recommend it to any of you wanting a good laugh... ummm... what else??? well it's late friday afternoon here and i have nothing planned except to eat leftover chicken pie and watch the broncos v cowboys rugby league game in my pj's... which is nice seeing the weather is cool and rainy :)

what have you guys got planned for the weekend???

I've got my girls this weekend. It's supposed to start being spring-like weather, so hopefully we can get outside and do something fun... though there will probably be some Wii time involved as well.

As for the week-end ... I'll be too busy to enjoy it ... lol

I've spent too much on it lately. I just bought Wii fit a couple weeks ago, and amazon (well, ups) today delivered Super Mario Galaxy and Resident Evil 4 for the Wii.
