It's me, the L train, not even here 24 hours and already about to leave with our newest family member. The scariest thing about all this is all the paperwork and clearing certain things with the embassy.

PS: Did you know these scammers do their crap right here on public internet terminals? Woah.

PPS: Our newborn adopted daughter can already out-argue most of the folks on the GB, especially you Phrodeau. :)

She's a fairly heavy baby for a girl. Heavy, healthy and extremely active. She already needs a baby sleeve to keep her from turning on her belly. I'm very unhappy that we couldn't get her here to be born here, though. That's really all I can say about her - my wife reads my stuff and doesn't want much else getting on the web.

So is she already on parole or is it only after the 1st bday?;)

We couldn't have the kids going with us to an unknown place like Africa so we had someone watching them. I TOLD them to post that thread as a laugh - and I just posted there, too.

BTW I'm in Lubbock right now, awaiting our flight home around midnight (Texas time). We had no delays getting to Africa... but now we've had a damned missed flight and are way, way late getting home.
