I'm guessing he's just having repressed guilt that's manifested into anger because he's lusted after young girls himself. Not saying he's done anything, but considering comments he's made (in the past) on this topic.. I'd say I'm pretty close to the truth.

I don't care what a 12 year old wears - I don't care how revealing her clothes are - I don't care how much makeup she scrapes on her face - I don't even care if she's fucked everyone in her junior high it still does not condone the actions of any adult that has sex with her.
